The operational objectives of LTG Kompetencijų centras are set out in the Articles of Association of the Company (original language):
- To ensure the uninterrupted provision of shared internal administrative services to the companies of the LTG Group.

In addition to the above-mentioned operational objectives, the interests of LTG Komptencijų centras also include the interests of the public limited company Lietuvos geležinkeliai and the group of companies managed by it.
