For the sixth year in a row, we invite the most talented undergraduate and graduate students from around the world to participate in the “Growing Leaders” program and spend their summer meaningfully! The program is aimed at final-year students who could potentially join the organization as full-time employees after the internship. It is a paid internship, during which students not only work on project-based tasks but also participate in joint activities organized and coordinated by the LTG recruitment team.

Students participating in the program receive a salary throughout the internship period. We invite students to intern in fields such as transport, logistics, road engineering, data management, marketing, electrical engineering, electronics, construction engineering, energy, IT, law, and project management.

Since mid-June 2025, participants of the “Growing Leaders” program have been interning at LTG Group offices. The young colleagues had the opportunity to get to know each other, learn more about the organization’s operations and Continuous Improvement culture, and deepen their knowledge in their respective fields.

We are pleased that this program attracts more participants each year—this summer, 49 interns from 10 different universities joined the group, including 4 international students, most of whom worked on the Rail Baltica project.

The opportunity to introduce students to LTG Group’s activities is beneficial for both sides—students gain valuable practical experience, and LTG Group benefits from fresh perspectives brought by new team members.
