Climate change is increasingly impacting business operations, especially in the transport sector, where extreme weather conditions can disrupt operations, damage infrastructure, and affect service delivery. Such disruptions would negatively impact not only the company itself but also its clients — for example, cargo transport for business entities would become less reliable, and individual passengers would face more limited opportunities to reach their destinations.
In response to these challenges, the Group initiated a comprehensive climate change risk assessment and implementation of an adaptation plan at the end of 2024. This process includes an analysis of physical and transitional climate risks, the results of which will be integrated into the company’s risk management system and strategy update cycle.
