The LTG Group’s framework for building a more sustainable future is based in the areas of the environmental protection, social partnership, responsible governance, and economic progress.

LTG strives for sustainability and a caring approach to the environment and its relations with all stakeholders: employees, society, government institutions, customers, suppliers, and partners.

The long-term objective of LTG’s sustainability activities is to develop a culture and practice of sustainability within the LTG group of companies, contributing to the development and implementation of the LTG group of companies’ long-term strategy and to enhance the attractiveness of the LTG group of companies for all its stakeholders.

LTG group of companies’ guiding principles for implementing Sustainability Performance:

Initiative: The need to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances is recognized. Therefore, priorities, initiatives, projects, and activities in the areas of sustainability are continuously identified and/or updated, considering the priorities set out in the Policy. This ensures the continued and sustainable growth of the LTG group of companies.

Promoting Engagement: All initiatives and activities to address sustainability priorities aim to involve necessary external and internal stakeholders and seek their active participation.

Timeliness of Implementation: Adequate and necessary resources are allocated, and the attention of all stakeholders is ensured for the implementation of sustainability activities, both in the Transformation Portfolio and in other projects or activities at the level of the LTG group of companies.

Continuous Monitoring and Improvement: The implementation of sustainability activities is continuously monitored, and ways to improve sustainability performance are explored continuously. Business partners and suppliers are monitored for compliance with sustainability principles.

Responsibility and Accountability: To ensure the implementation and accountability of sustainability priorities and related targets, the Sustainability Performance Management Model helps develop and provide stakeholders with timely and periodic reports on sustainability activities/progress. These reports describe the results of the LTG group of companies’ sustainability activities, ongoing initiatives, action plans, and the LTG group of companies’ progress towards sustainability.

Transparency and Public Communication: Data and information on the sustainability progress of the LTG group of companies are publicly disclosed in accordance with globally recognized standards and in formats and ways that are accessible to a wide range of stakeholders, both within the LTG group of companies and externally.
