„Lietuvos geležinkeliai” (LTG) starts selection of board members of its subsidiaries – „LTG Cargo”, „LTG Infra” and „LTG Link”. 

 

In order to apply good management practices and strengthen management competences, from next year the boards of subsidiaries will consist of five members: two delegated by the holding company, two independent members and one civil servant. Candidates must submit the necessary documents by October 5 inclusive. Boards are elected for a term of four years.

 

The selection of the most suitable candidates for independent board members will be carried out by the Executive search and selection experts „MasterClass Lietuva”.

 

The selection of board members from the proposed candidates will be carried out by a commission consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Transport, the Management Coordination Center (VKC) established by the Government and LTG.
