Per 1 (vienerius) metus nuo turto perdavimo asmeniui pagal anksčiau sudarytą sutartį dienos Bendrovė iš viešosios erdvės sužino, kad asmuo nesilaikė anksčiau sudarytoje sutartyje sąlygų dėl sankcijų, t.y. perdavė prekes, kurios patenka į Reglamento (ES) 833/2014 draudžiamų eksportuoti prekių sąrašą arba Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2023 m. birželio 30 d. nutarimu Nr. 512 patvirtintą Nacionalinį kontroliuojamų dvejopo naudojimo prekių sąrašą, į Rusijos Federaciją, jos kontroliuojamas teritorijas ar Baltarusijos Respubliką;
2. Asmuo yra Bendrovės turto savininko padalinio darbuotojas ar tiesiogiai su turtu susijęs asmuo, ar sprendimų dėl turto pardavimo rengimo, svarstymo ir (ar) priėmimo procedūrose dalyvavęs asmuo (pavyzdžiui, kai darbuotojo funkcijos tiesiogiai susijusios su bendrovės turto pardavimo / vertės nustatymo veikla), išskyrus atvejus, kai Komisija nusprendžia kitaip.

A person cannot be a participant in the auction if:

Within 1 (one) year from the date of transfer of the property to the person under a previously concluded contract, the Company learns from the public domain that the person has not complied with the conditions of the previously concluded contract regarding sanctions, i.e. transferred goods that are included in the list of goods prohibited for export of Regulation (EU) 833/2014 or the National List of Controlled Dual-Use Goods approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 30 June 2023 by Resolution No. 512, to the Russian Federation, its controlled territories or the Republic of Belarus;
The person is an employee of the Company's property owner's unit or a person directly related to the property, or a person who participated in the procedures for preparing, considering and (or) making decisions on the sale of the property (for example, when the employee's functions are directly related to the company's property sale/valuation activities), except in cases where the Commission decides otherwise.
