AB „LTG Cargo“ skelbia dengtųjų vagonų aukcioną.

Aukciono bendra informacija:

• Turto aukciono dalyvis privalo susiderinti apžiūros laiką su atsakingu asmeniu ne ankščiau nei prieš 30 kalendorinių dienų.
• Prieš registraciją į aukcioną, dalyvis, norintis dalyvauti aukcione, privalo atsiųsti savo rekvizitus el. paštu: mindaugas.bulvydas@ltgkc.lt  (pridedant CC augustinas.bruozys@ltgkc.lt) likus ne mažiau kaip 5 d.d.
• Šiuo metu vagonai yra nuomojami Ukrainos teritorijoje ir perdavimas vyks Ukrainos teritorijoje.
• Pirkėjas įsipareigoja atsiimti Turtą ne ankščiau kaip po 90 kalendorinių dienų, nuo sutarties pasirašymo datos, tačiau ne vėliau kaip 120 kalendorinių dienų nuo sutarties pasirašymo datos, išskyrus atvejus kai Šalys abiejų Šalių rašytiniu sutikimu susitaria kitaip.
• Kaina nurodyta be PVM (+ PVM jeigu taikomas).

Asmuo negali būti aukciono dalyviu, jeigu:

1. 1. Per 1 (vienerius) metus nuo turto perdavimo asmeniui pagal anksčiau sudarytą sutartį dienos Bendrovė iš viešosios erdvės sužino, kad asmuo nesilaikė anksčiau sudarytoje sutartyje sąlygų dėl sankcijų, t.y. perdavė prekes, kurios patenka į Reglamento (ES) 833/2014 draudžiamų eksportuoti prekių sąrašą arba Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2023 m. birželio 30 d. nutarimu Nr. 512 patvirtintą Nacionalinį kontroliuojamų dvejopo naudojimo prekių sąrašą, į Rusijos Federaciją, jos kontroliuojamas teritorijas ar Baltarusijos Respubliką;
   2. Asmuo yra Bendrovės turto savininko padalinio darbuotojas ar tiesiogiai su turtu susijęs asmuo, ar sprendimų dėl turto pardavimo rengimo, svarstymo ir (ar) priėmimo procedūrose dalyvavęs asmuo (pavyzdžiui, kai darbuotojo funkcijos tiesiogiai susijusios su bendrovės turto pardavimo / vertės nustatymo veikla), išskyrus atvejus, kai Komisija nusprendžia kitaip.

AB "LTG Cargo" announces an auction for covered wagons.

General information about the auction:

• The auction participant must agree on the inspection time with the responsible person no earlier than 30 calendar days before.
• Before registering for the auction, a participant wishing to participate in the auction must send their details by e-mail: mindaugas.bulvydas@ltgkc.lt (add ing CC augustinas.bruozys@ltgkc.lt)at least 5 days in advance.
• The wagons are currently leased in Ukraine, and the transfer will take place within Ukrainian territory.
• The buyer commits to taking the property no earlier than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 120 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
• The price is indicated excluding VAT (+ VAT if applicable).

A person cannot be an auction participant if:

1. Within 1 (one) year from the property transfer date under a previously concluded contract, the Company learns from public sources that the person has not complied with the terms of the earlier contract regarding sanctions, i.e., transferred goods included in the list of goods prohibited for export under Regulation (EU) 833/2014 or the National List of Controlled Dual-Use Goods approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No. 512 of June 30, 2023, to the Russian Federation, its controlled territories, or the Republic of Belarus;
2. The person is an employee of the Company's asset-owning division or a person directly related to the asset, or has participated in the procedures for preparing, discussing, or making decisions regarding the sale of the property (for example, when the employee's duties are directly related to the Company's asset sale/valuation activities), unless the Commission decides otherwise.
