LTG Forum 2027

on Military Mobility and Resilience

Led by the LTG Group, under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania and the Minister of Transport and Communications, the LTG Forum on Military Mobility and Resilience has become a leading European platform for decisionmakers shaping the future of security, defence and critical infrastructure.

Building on the momentum of the 2026 Forum, which successfully elevated military mobility and infrastructure resilience to the highest levels of the political agenda, the 2027 edition will focus on implementation: how can Europe turn strategic commitments into concrete action?

Taking place during Lithuania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2027 and on the eve of the TTE Council meeting of EU transport ministers, the Forum will provide a unique opportunity to align political priorities, accelerate infrastructure investments and strengthen military mobility across NATO’s Eastern Flank. The discussions will complement key debates at the European level, bringing together decisionmakers from government, defence, transport and industry to translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes.
