The LTG Forum on Military Mobility and Resilience
Led by the LTG Group and organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, the Forum addresses the growing importance of resilient and dual-use infrastructure for Europe’s security.
Bringing together ministers, senior EU and NATO officials, and industry leaders, the event is focusing on strengthening military mobility across Europe’s Eastern flank, the resilience of infrastructure and cross-sector cooperation, as well as identifying policy and funding priorities ahead of the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework.
Highlights of LTG Forum 2026
The first LTG Forum on Military Mobility and Resilience was held on 17 February 2026 in Vilnius. Led by the LTG Group and organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Lithuania, the Forum highlighted the growing importance of resilient dual-use infrastructure for Europe’s security and defence readiness.
Bringing together more than 400 participants and over 30 speakers, including ministers, senior EU and NATO officials, policymakers, and industry leaders, the event fostered high-level discussions on military mobility, infrastructure resilience, and cross-sector cooperation.
The Forum was also livestreamed by Delfi.lt, one of Lithuania’s leading news platforms, achieving a total reach of approximately 1 million people.
Main Objectives of the LTG Forum
● Elevate military mobility and infrastructure resilience as strategic priorities for NATO and the EU.
● Strengthen cross-border cooperation across transport, energy, telecommunications, and defence sectors.
● Advocate for sustained investment in military mobility and resilient infrastructure.
● Foster dialogue among governments, NATO, infrastructure managers, financial institutions, and industry leaders.
